FOR SALE BY OWNER PROGRAM

Flat fee $499.00 in advance and nothing more to GOOD BUY Real Estate. Full access to 50,000 agents in the MLS and you can decide how much you want to pay them. The fee includes full service: for sale signs, open house signs, lock box, flyers, contracts, negotiation assistance, and clever marketing.

EXECUTIVE HOME PROGRAM

For a 6% fee, we will host multiple open houses, show your home to buyers, produce multi-page full color flyer, email campaign to other agents, national notification plan to relocation companies, preferential placement on Realtor.com and more.
